Sri Guru Nanak Ji says that this body is perishable, you can cremate it or
bury it or throw it in the water, but the Guru says at the same time that you are
responsible for your deeds however good or bad. Then which body goes to the life
hereafter? The astral body goes to the Pralok. Guru sahib says in Assa Di War:
Nanga
Dozak Challaya Tan Dissey khara Drawana----Pious page no.474 of
SGGS.
Even if there are handicapped physical body, the astral body is
complete.
This misunderstanding of All the humanbeings must be removed from their
minds.
Guru Sahib defined three human or animal bodies. only the first body is cremated or buried. These three bodies are recorded in Sri Guru Granth Sahib (SGGS) on Holy Pages No. 970-974. In Ramkali Raag, the three saints have described these body. For our convenience, we can name them scientifically as follows:
(1) Physical Body,
(2) Astral body,
(3) Resonable Body.
First saint is Kabir Sahib, who recorded "Kothray Meh Kothri, Param Kothi Bichar'', Holy Page No. 970-71 of SGGS. He defined the three bodies. Kothi is Body.
The second saint is Namdev Ji, who says "Khechar Bhuchar Tulsi Mala", Holy Page No. 973 of SGGS.
one body is called Khechar,
the second one is called Bhuchar, and
the third one is Tulsi Mala, i
n this way he counts three bodies.
The third saint is Beni Ji, who defines these three bodies as "Ale Meh Ala Ale Bhitar Thati'', Holy Page No. 974 of SGGS.
First Ala is known as physical body,
There is the second one in this physical body,
yet there is the third in it.
